I purchased these to play the masking/blocking sounds for Tinnitus from the app on my phone to replace the big heavy Bluetooth headphones I have been using. I do wear a large hat size and this band is just at the limit to fit on my head and still have the speakers over my ears. The headband is light and breathable so it is comfy for many hours of wear. The sound quality is surprisingly good. I can have the volume at the appropriate level to mask the Tinnitus and still hear what is going on around me, even watch TV. Now I can nap wearing this with the Tinnitus blocker on and comfortably wear my sleep mask as well.
This sleep headphones headband is my new favorite purchase because the design allows me to put these on and drift off to sleep. The actual speakers are thin enough I don’t feel them. Another plus is that while lights are on I can pull the headband down to be an eye mask too! They are super lightweight so perfect for traveling too. They have a long battery life between charges. No negatives for me.
